This Ackworth Quaker sampler is worked on 40 ct sand linen using one strand of silk. It measures 13 1/2ins x 16 1/2ins. This is a typical Quaker sampler with the half medallions round the edge and full medallions, plus alphabets and numbers filling the rest of the area. Beautiful Quaker colours used.
