I normally ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. All items will be shipped by USPS first class postage unless otherwise requested prior to shipping. Insurance is available at additional cost and is recommended. Unless insurance is purchased I cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Shipping cost is based on weight of packages and the destination.
Shipping time varies depending on stock status. In stock items usually go out on the next ship date from the placing of the order. If we expect items to complete your order to arrive in a few days or if you live internationally (where it is usually cheaper to ship all items together) we will hold you order to send it complete. If out-of-stock or special order items are expected to take a while to arrive, we will often send the in-stock items separately. In such cases you will be notified of any delays. If you have a deadline and need to know whether we have items in stock or when we can get them just drop us a line.
- Privacy & Security
- Privacy and security are taken very seriously. We do not share our client's information with anyone. We do not sell email addresses nor do we affiliate with any marketing agencies or webtracking services. Your data is only used within the store for shipping purposes. We store no credit cards or other payment information. We use PayPal for all our payments and only they have your financial information. We never see it.
- Returns & Replacements
- Customer satisfaction is our priority; therefore we will do whatever we can to make sure you are in no way dissatisfied with your goods. Please contact us if you are unhappy and we will make arrangements to refund or exchange your goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange leaflets, charts or opened chartpacks, or special order items. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and you are responsible for the return postage

- PayPal is one of the easiest ways to pay for your order. Through PayPal you may use your account balance, credit cards or echeck payment. PayPal is used as the exclusive payment gateway for your protection.

- All the details of your orders can be viewed by signing into your account.
- Special Order Items
- Yes, we can order in literally thousands of items that are not listed on our site. All the special orders are handled from my special orders blog.
- Updating Account Information
- Updating your account information is quick and easy. Just click on the My Account link at the top of the page and you see your account information. You can then click on the section you wish to change. You can handle your Newsletter subscription here as well as your Password, Contact Information, Address Book for all your shipping and billing addressed. On the left you can can see your Order history as well as Product Reviews , Product Tags, and your wishlist.
